A project for each client.

Each client’s servers, tokens and traffic sit in a project of their own, built from one Terraform module. GET /v1/usage returns each project’s hours and costs for the month.

What it needs

The parts an agency runs on.

Many small sites, each kept apart from the others and each set up the same way. Preview servers come and go between releases, one for each change to review.

  • A project per client

Each client’s servers, API tokens and pooled traffic sit in a project of their own, apart from the others.

  • One module, many sites

Write a site’s setup once as a Terraform module, and build the next client’s from it with a few variables.

  • A preview in 38 seconds

A preview server answers SSH 38 seconds after its create command. Show the client the change, and delete the server after sign-off.

  • Costs per client

GET /v1/usage?month=2026-10 returns a project’s hours and costs resource by resource, ready for each client’s invoice.

  • Backups and snapshots

Daily backups cost 20% of a server’s price. Take a snapshot before every release, and restore it if the release fails.

  • DNS for every domain

Keep clients’ zones and records in DNS, which is not billed, and change them with lc dns or Terraform.

A month of it

Eight client sites and their previews.

A server for each client site, and managed MySQL for the three larger ones. Volumes hold uploads, a bucket holds assets, and previews come and go.

Each preview runs for about a working week and is deleted after sign-off. Daily backups add 20% of each server’s price and are not in this month, and neither is VAT.

Start with one server and one command.

Choose a region and a plan, and add an SSH key. The server answers SSH 38 seconds after the command, at the price on its spec sheet.

logi-ciel is a design concept

This site is a portfolio piece by Soheyb. The brand, the pages and the price list are real design work; the cloud behind them is not. There’s no console to sign in to, and no server to rent.
