Terms of service.

The contract between you and logi-ciel for the use of the platform. Effective 1 September 2026.

1. These terms

These terms form the contract between you and logi-ciel for the use of the cloud platform. They apply to every account, together with the privacy policy, the data processing agreement and the service level agreement. When you open an account, you accept them for yourself or for the organisation you act for.

logi-ciel is a company registered in Estonia, with its office in Tallinn. In these terms, “we” means logi-ciel and “you” means the account holder.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18, or act for an organisation, and give a correct name, address and payment method. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including what is done with your API tokens. Keep your credentials secret, and turn on the second factor for every person in a project.

3. Using the service

You may run any lawful workload. You may not use the service to:

  • send spam, or run an open mail relay or proxy;
  • scan, probe or attack systems you have no permission to test;
  • store or share material that is illegal in the EU or in the region’s country;
  • get around a limit, a suspension or a bill.

We may suspend a resource that harms the network or other customers. We tell you why, and we restore it once the cause is gone.

4. Prices and billing

Each resource is billed for each hour started, from its creation to its deletion, running or stopped. In a month, a resource never costs more than its monthly price on the pricing page. The same prices apply in every region.

The invoice for a month goes out on the first of the next. We charge your card or collect the amount by SEPA direct debit. Prices exclude VAT, which we add at the rate the law sets for you.

We give at least 30 days’ notice before a price goes up. A lower price applies from the next hour.

5. Late payment

If a payment fails, we tell you and try again over the next 14 days. After that, we may suspend your resources until the invoice is paid. We delete nothing while we are in contact with you about the invoice. Before we delete anything, we give a further 30 days’ notice.

6. Your data

Your data stays yours. We store it in the region you choose, and each region is one data centre inside the EU:

RegionData centre
ee1Tallinn, Estonia
lv1Riga, Latvia
dk1Copenhagen, Denmark
at1Vienna, Austria
it1Milan, Italy
pt1Lisbon, Portugal

We process your data only to provide the service, as the data processing agreement sets out. We don’t look at it, sell it or use it for anything else.

You are responsible for keeping copies of data you can’t afford to lose. Backups and snapshots help, but they are part of the same service and stay in the same region.

7. Availability

The service level agreement sets out the uptime we promise and the service credits you receive if we miss it. Those credits are the remedy for downtime under these terms.

8. Liability

Neither side is liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or data that a backup would have kept. Our total liability in a year is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or anything the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Ending the contract

You may close your account at any time from the console. Billing stops at the hour you delete your last resource, and you pay only the hours already counted. We may end the contract with 30 days’ notice, or at once after a serious breach of section 3. Once an account is closed, we delete its data within 30 days.

10. Changes to these terms

We email account holders at least 30 days before a change applies. If you don’t accept it, you may close your account before that date at no cost.

11. Law and courts

Estonian law governs these terms. The courts of Tallinn hear any dispute. As a consumer, you keep any right your own country’s law gives you to use a local court.

logi-ciel is a design concept

This site is a portfolio piece by Soheyb. The brand, the pages and the price list are real design work; the cloud behind them is not. There’s no console to sign in to, and no server to rent.
