Privacy policy.
What we hold about you, why we hold it and what you can ask of us. Effective 1 September 2026.
1. Who we are
logi-ciel, registered in Estonia with its office in Tallinn, is the controller of the personal data this policy describes. For any question about it, write to privacy@logi-ciel.co.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers your account, your invoices, your use of the service and your messages to us. It also covers this website.
Data you store on servers, volumes, databases and buckets is a different matter. You control it, and we process it on your behalf under the data processing agreement.
3. What we hold
- Account: your name, email address, organisation, postal address and VAT number.
- Billing: your invoices and payment method. The payment provider holds card numbers; we keep only the last four digits.
- Usage: the resources in your projects, the hours each one runs and the traffic it sends.
- Security: sign-in times, the addresses you sign in from and the audit log of each project.
- Support: the messages you send us and our replies.
4. Why we hold it
- To provide the service and bill for it, as the contract requires.
- To keep accounts and the network secure, which is our legitimate interest.
- To keep invoices, as tax and accounting law require.
- To tell you about your resources, such as maintenance or an incident that affects them.
We send emails about the product only if you ask for them, and you can stop them at any time.
5. Where we keep it
We hold this data on our own servers in the Tallinn region, ee1, with an encrypted backup in the Riga region, lv1. Both are inside the EU, and the data does not leave the European Economic Area.
6. Who receives it
| Recipient | Location | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| A payment provider | EU | Card payments, for billing only |
| Our bank | Estonia | SEPA direct debits |
| Our auditors and tax advisers | Estonia | Billing records, when the law requires it |
Each of them is bound by contract to protect the data. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t share it for advertising.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account and usage data while your account is open, and delete it within 30 days of its closing. Invoices stay for seven years, as Estonian accounting law requires. Security logs stay for twelve months.
8. This website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. Its fonts, scripts and images all come from our own servers. The web server logs each request with its IP address for 14 days, to defend against attacks, and then deletes it.
The console is a separate application. It sets one cookie to keep you signed in, and nothing else.
9. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion. You may also ask us to limit or stop a use of it, or to send it in a machine-readable form. Write to privacy@logi-ciel.co, and we reply within one month.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. The authority in your own country hears complaints too.
10. Changes to this policy
We publish each change on this page and email account holders at least 30 days before it applies.
